Got an email out of the blue this morning from Doug Smith. “I am proud to say that I am now officially a dad. We had a girl, Madeline Elizabeth Smith, on August 9. She weighed 7 lbs 9 oz and was 19 inches long. It was a long day, but it was worth it.”
